The hotel is located in a great area, close to nearby attractions, and conveniently situated near tube stations. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable furnishings. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout the stay. The breakfast options are satisfactory, with a variety of choices available. Guests will also appreciate the pleasant view from the rooms, offering a relaxing atmosphere.
The bathroom walls and ceiling may be in need of repair, which could detract from the overall experience.

The hotel’s very close to sloane street, also we could easily access harrods. 20 km from London City airport.

Victoria and albert museum is "next door" and you can reach Knightsbridge tube station within 10 minutes walk. We stayed here to visit number one, that is located 15 minutes’ walk away. Serpentine is near to the hotel...

We had to wait hour to be able to go into the room, rooms were dull, i will not be returning there any time soon.

It is well situated for shopping and tube and easy access from Heathrow via tube.
No electricity for about 18 hours. Breakfast only in rooms and not great, nor well communicated.

The location of the hotel was great, it was close to key attractions and good restaurants. The hotel offered a good breakfast with a variety of options. The room had a nice view and was quiet, which was great for sleeping.
The service was very disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly.

Very good location 2 minutes from subway. The twin room was pretty big.
Poor service, there were no space in lobby. I did not have breakfast, so I cannot judge, but I haven't seen any facilities which I could have it. During our stay there was a power cut for one day. The staff could not help at all. I had to pack my thing in darkness.

Comfortable bed, spacious room
The power went out during the night. When I awakened at 5 am, the room was freezing and everything was dark. No one answered when I called the front desk, and I had to gather my things in the dark to leave. The hotel staff made no effort to help people.

It's location for shopping is excellent. Also good for shows etc as it is beside a tube station and a short distance from the west end.
They had a power cut on Sat. morning.

Certainly very convenient just being 2 blocks or so from Harrods.
However hotel only banks on its convenient location feature as (1) room was very basic: (1a) matress thin and bed sags (1b) only 3 very weak 15 watt lamps on walls, (1c) bedside lamps were broken (1d) room badly in need of refurbishment. Expected a little bit more for money paid. I will look for another hotel next time.
